Meet Shanshan Li - Founder of Homecoming
I am Shanshan Li, the founder of Homecoming Co., As a multifaceted individual, I weave the tapestry of my life through diverse roles – explorer, facilitator, athlete, daughter, wife, friend, and event producer. However, the thread that binds me most is my identity as a global citizen. Having traversed the globe, I've studied, worked, and lived on three different continents, experiencing various cultures and visiting more than 20 countries. Originally from China, I currently reside in the United States.
After years of searching and exploring the fundamental questions of "Who am I, and where do I belong?" I finally created a home within myself, irrespective of external circumstances. I realized many people in my life were like me, searching for their place in the world while forgetting that the answer lies within. This realization inspired me to share my story and guide others in discovering their own identities through a cultural lens, finding harmony within themselves while learning about the world. I believe everyone has a story to tell and a place where they fully belong. Witnessing and being witnessed are among the most profound aspects of human connection. Thus, I found purpose in bridging cultures and communities.
I am here to foster connections, span cultural divides, and guide others in experiencing themselves and the world with an open and embracing spirit. Through Homecoming Co., I aim to help others witness the beauty of diverse cultures, finding harmony within themselves and the world around them.
Meet Allison Corley – Operations Manager Aka The Logistical Fairy 🧚♀️
Allison Corley is the steady force behind the scenes at Homecoming Retreat— the one who ensures that every experience flows with intention, care, and ease.
At her core, Allison believes that people do their best work and grow most fully when they feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves. She brings a grounded presence into every space she steps into — creating an environment where structure doesn’t feel rigid, but instead becomes a foundation for connection, creativity, and possibility.
With a background spanning healthcare, education, professional services, and Fortune 500 companies, Allison has trained over 10,000 individuals across the globe. Through these experiences, she has developed a unique ability to bridge strategy with human connection — translating vision into clear, actionable pathways while honoring the people carrying it forward.
At Homecoming, Allison is the thread that brings ideas into form — ensuring that what is envisioned is not only possible, but grounded, organized, and brought to life with care.
Equal parts structure, heart, and lightness, she is the kind of presence that makes big visions feel attainable — and the journey toward them feel deeply human.
Meet Chris Trammell - Program Development Director
Hi, I’m Chris (CT) Trammell, Program Development Director at Homecoming Co., a proud listener and supporter of ShanShan Li’s vision, and a transformational catalyst for personal growth. With over 20 years as a track and field coach, 2x Ironman finisher, and 15 years of experience as a life science and wildlife educator, my life has been devoted to helping others achieve their “podium moments.”
What’s a “podium moment,” you ask? It’s that incredible experience of being seen, acknowledged, and celebrated for the unique commitment you bring to the world.
When the pandemic disrupted the familiar rhythms of life, I merged my expertise in curriculum development, performance coaching, and transformational education to help coaches, consultants, and emerging thought leaders create impactful programs that inspire and uplift others.
At Homecoming Co., I channel my passion for people and the interconnected biosphere we share into helping individuals shine their brightest light. There’s no greater fulfillment than seeing someone recognize their potential as a beacon of purpose and mission, radiating their message for others to follow or find groundedness in.
